Sales & Logistics Administrator- Audio Industry Partridge Green, West Sussex

We are a small but growing family run business, looking for someone to take over the Logistics responsibilities within the company. This is a stand-alone position, so we need someone with maximum existing experience, looking to stay with us long-term.

Skills we are looking for:

Experience with Logistics; Imports and Exports
Willingness to learn
Computer literacy
Microsoft excel and word experience
Excellent communication and literacy skills
Ability to retain a large amount of knowledge and apply it where necessary
Organisation skills and ability to manage time efficiently
Loyal, friendly and responsible

Desirable but not essential -

Sage 50 experience
CIM50 experience
Post-Brexit Logistics knowledge/experience

Main responsibilities willinclude -

Processing Sales Orders and Invoices
Overseeing all logistics matters, companywide
Coordinating with Customers, the Warehouse and the Sales Team
Management of paperwork and documentation.
